Richard Lichtenstein has over forty-three years of experience in Executive Management to both enterprise and mid-sized business throughout North America. Richard is currently the National Leader for GlassHouse Systems for VMware. Previously, Richard was the President of Civatree Technologies - the exclusive VMware service organization for VMware with SAP. His extensive experience with VMware software and large business applications uniquely qualifies him to work with IT Executives to understand the new paradigm of running VCF in an automated hybrid cloud environment.

Prior to this position Richard led the Global VMware-SAP practice which helped hundreds of SAP customers transform their landscapes over the past five years. Richard held previous executive management positions at CompuCom, SAGE and American Express, where he worked closely with SAP and VMware to introduce their solutions to business customers.

Currently, he serves as a Technical Program Lead for IBM's Cloud Partner Ecosystem, where he shapes technical strategy, leads enablement initiatives, and engages partners to guide clients across key cloud initiatives such as VMware, PowerVS, and Watsonx. Outside of work, Juan enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, playing pickleball, and traveling.
