As Senior Director of Fusion Full Stack Product Management, Rob advances IBM’s cloud-native modernization and artificial intelligence strategy and business growth. Drawing on decades of leadership experience, he guides the continued evolution of IBM Fusion to help clients and partners modernize applications, adopt AI, and drive meaningful business outcomes. He continues to serve as a change agent, helping shape the next transformation for IBM and the broader industry.

Prior to his current role, Rob helped drive Fusion’s growth beginning in 2023 as Global Sales Executive, leading IBM Fusion sales and field-readiness strategies for internal teams and partners. Drawing on his extensive background in storage, software, and services, he helped clients accelerate AI adoption, application modernization, and virtual machine migration.

Throughout his career, Rob has held senior leadership roles spanning product management, sales, technical sales, software, storage, and services, developing scalable strategies that deliver measurable value for clients and IBM
